You will contribute to SID’s talent attraction, retention and reward by
developing, implementing and reviewing compensation strategies and policies
to keep SID pay packages market competitive and relevant to organisational
goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
|

Work closely with senior leadership to design and review compensation
strategies and policies

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and implementation of compensation policies and strategies
-
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends,
best practices and make recommendations for improvements to SID's remuneration
frameworks
-
Ensure good governance over compensation policies and alignment with organisational
values and objectives
