Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager, Digital Dissemination Platform

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and execute SID’s digital dissemination platform strategy, aligning it with the organisation's business needs and objectives

• Develop a master plan that translates the vision for the digital dissemination platform into a product roadmap and initiatives

• Define and help implement project timelines and scope initiatives/tasks

• Work closely with designers to conduct user research to identify end users’ needs and painpoints for the digital dissemination platform

• Work closely with engineers to develop, test and launch platform features to end users
  

If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team

• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind

• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas

• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
