Senior Visual and Digital Product Designer

You will improve the overall look and feel of SID’s visual and digital communications platforms.

	WHAT YOU WILL DO
	Provide design direction and branding-related support to our product teams Innovate, develop, and maintain our design style guide, library, and related communications collaterals Supervise day-to-day requests for visual and digital content, and the development of interactive designs Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas Build good relations and workflows with internal stakeholders Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
	WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

	DESIRED QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES
	Roles for senior product designers and design managerial positions available Degree in digital media design, product design development, visual communications or related disciplines required At least five years of relevant visual and digital design experience required Strong command of visual communications design in the digital space Basic understanding of frontend programming languages (e.g. HTML and JavaScript) Familiar with design tools (e.g. Invision/Sketch and Adobe design suites) and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro/Jira and Confluence) Ability to lead teams and drive projects Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
