You will provide a full range of critical services to SID, including advice on SID’s financial, procurement and audit affairs. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and agile solutions to ensure that SID has robust corporate governance standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
|
|
Conduct comprehensive financial, IT, and process audits of SID’s programmes and activities to ensure compliance with established policies and standards
Evaluate and make recommendations for procedures and policies to safeguard financial resources
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and contracting of goods and services
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
