You will conduct psychological research and analysis of relevance to SID, contribute to the psychological health of SID staff, and enhance SID’s psychological resilience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
|

Conduct research and analysis on specific psychological domains to generate insights for SID
Conduct psychological assessments and provide psychological support to SID staff
Conduct programmes to enhance the psychological well-being of SID staff
Provide advice and train relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters, such as psychological resilience work
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
